The leaf samples were collected after 4 and 6 dpi and total RNA was isolated. The cDNA was prepared and used for qRT-PCR analysis. Values are means ± SE with three biological replicates. Significant differences were determined at p < 0.0001 (estimated by one-way ANOVA using Tukey’s HSD analysis
