Heterologous expression of PatWRKY71 increased Cd sensitivity in Arabidopsis. Surface-sterilized seeds were sown on 1/2 × MS containing 25 μM CdCl2 and grown horizontally for 3 weeks’ incubation and recorded phenotype (A).
