Two-year old healthy plants were either graft-inoculated with side shoots from PCR-confirmed Las-infected bud sticks or uninoculated and leaf samples were analyzed at three months post-inoculation (for pre-symptomatic plants) or six months post-inoculation (for symptomatic plants).
